These alloy steel screws are stronger than Grade 8 steel screws and are less likely to strip.
A Torx drive has more points of contact than a hex drive, allowing these screws to be tightened with less slippage or damage to the recess.
These screws are also easier to work with because they stay connected with and do not fall off the drive bit easily.
They can also work with a flat head or hex bit if needed.
