SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12 PM PST generally ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Due to order volume and day-to-day operations we may not meet this goal, for which we apologize. We have real time inventory – if you can successfully place the order, then the items you chose are available.

At this time, we are not able to combine or make changes to any orders once they are placed – the only option is to cancel the order and place a new one.

We currently offer free USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class Mail) or $9.00 flat rate USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day shipping to USA on all orders.

WARRANTY
If you receive a KOENG product with manufacturing or material defects, please use our contact form to let us know, and we will make it right.

RETURN
Returns on all KOENG products, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, are accepted within 14 business days of delivery. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Please use our contact form to initiate a return process. If possible, please include your reason for returning the product(s); this helps us improve our customer experience and identify any potential product issues.

A prepaid return label will be provided to you.

Please allow up to 3 weeks after delivery of your return package to process your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns may be subject to re-stocking fees which cover the total costs for shipping the order, and 3% of the order total for credit card processing fees.
